TE-active operates traditional centres at various locations in North America, with new centres across the world coming soon. However, we have built our systems, processes, security and technologies with an understanding of the changing work environment. According to a Salesforce survey, 74% of Generation Z respondents prefer a hybrid approach to work – either working from home or splitting time at home and work. Only twenty-six percent would want to work at the workplace full-time.
